I am proudly replicating optical frames and sunglasses created, designed and manufactured
by my Grandfather, Vincent J. Salierno, founder of Victory Optical Manufacturing Co., Newark, NJ, USA.
Victory Optical, an American optical manufacturing company, was founded in 1941.
Victory grew to be one of the largest manufacturers of fashion eyewear in the United States.
Recognized as a leader in design and manufacturing by the 1970’s, Victory produced 20,000 frames a day with 300 employees.
The Victory Collection is a re-introduction of the classic, great American looks of the most popular eyewear styles from decades past.
The newly made Victory Collection frames are based on styles from the Victory Family Archives from the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s,
retaining the authenticity of the materials, designs and quality first fabricated by the company.
The faithfully reproduced collection will be available as eyeglasses or sunglasses in a variety of colors, reflecting the most popular
selections as they were originally introduced. The variety of colors and materials has been painstakingly identified and reproduced
implementing the old-school American quality that was once the standard of the industry. These are products that offer both quality
and authenticity, with a great historic lineage
To be assured authenticity, look for the trademark “V” logo plaque located in the right temple tip of all of the Victory Collection Frames.
Reminiscent of the original frames, the “V” shield will appear either on the front or temples of most of the frames and sunglasses.
My goal is to recreate American designed product with the quality, value and style that made Victory the iconic brand that it is.
I strive to live up to the heritage and reputation that my Grandfather spent decades building.
